Cinnamon Banana Pancakes
Now that our day has started off right, hopefully the rest of the day follows the same.
1 Cup flour (you could use whole wheat)
1 ripe banana
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder (not the baking soda like pictured!! Sorry!!!)
1 Tbs. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 Tbs. oil
1 Cup milk
First take your banana and mash it up. Just take a fork and mush her right up!
In one bowl combine the flour, salt, sugar, baking powder and cinnamon. Stir with a fork to combine. In another bowl add the egg, mashed banana, oil, and milk. Stir to combine.
