Tommie Copper Review and Giveaway

A couple months ago I was given the opportunity to try out some Tommie Copper Compression products.   I was all for it and thought how awesome these could be.  I was given the calf compression sleeves as well as the knee compression sleeves and never was I more happy to have them than last week.   I wanted to wait to review them until I knew for sure if these really were beneficial.  I didn't want to write a fake review thinking that they probably would be great if I really did need them.    If you're a current blog reader you know I had some knee issues last week.   Bad enough that I couldn't go past two miles on my runs without being in pretty bad pain and having to stop.   For 2 days only I did the whole RICE (Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation) thing and I wore my Tommie Copper knee sleeves almost constantly.   After the 2 days of rest, I decided to go for a run and see how things went.  I hit mile one and felt good.  I hit mile two and felt awesome and kept thinking "When is my knee pain going to hit!" and then I kept going and going and going.   I didn't stop until 10 miles.   The longest run I have done to date.  My previously painful knee felt amazing.  No pain at all the entire run.   How is this possible I thought?  Can RICE really be that amazing?  Of course there wasn't a scientist there doing a study on my knee and I still wasn't sure exactly what was/is wrong with my knee but I truly believe the Tommie Copper Sleeves were a leading factor in my quick recovery.

After my 10 mile run, I took a shower and got ready for bed.   Once out of the shower, I put on my Tommie Copper calf sleeves and then went to bed.   Some point in the night I took them off....I do this in my sleep all the time.   Don't ask me why but I apparently hate any type of restriction while I'm sleeping.  Even without wearing them throughout the whole night, I woke up and my calves felt amazing.   Everything else on my body was sore and felt tired except my calves and those are usually the most painful part after a long run.

If you aren't sold yet, which you really should be, then how about trying these babies out for free?  Tommie Copper has agreed to give away one pair of sleeves (your choice which ones) to one of my readers!
