Core Power Giveaway!

It's a new year and it's time for a new you.   Right now I'm so darn close to the start up of marathon training again.  Yes you read right.  I signed up for a spring marathon.   Now that I think I have my IT band issues resolved (deep deep deep tissue massages when it acts up.  Ouch.) I have been saying since last year that I wanted to do a spring marathon instead of a fall marathon because I should have better weather for training.   Winter decided to laugh at me though and throw this insanely cold and snowy winter at me.   Well played, Winter.   I will never again said that training during the winter is easier then training during an overly hot summer.   I have signed up for the Cellcom Green Bay Marathon.  I loved the half marathon last year and from what I hear, the second half of the marathon (the part you do not run on for the half marathon) is beautiful.  You also get to finish by running through Lambeau Field and honestly, it's sort of magical.   We will see how this goes!  Now that I'm getting back into longer runs, it's time to fuel and recover properly to avoid injury.   One way to help is protein.   This is where Core Power comes in.

Core Power is a natural milk-based high protein shake that provides strength and post-workout muscle recovery, and also makes for a healthy and great-tasting between meals snack.
  • All natural: made from real milk
  • Protein: for muscle growth
  • Carbohydrates: to provide energy
  • Electrolytes: to rehydrate
  • Fatty Acids: to improve recovery
Core Power contains the natural whey and casein proteins from milk – never removed from their original liquid state. The result is an effective and better-tasting protein drink made with simple ingredients, with more protein, calcium and vitamins – but no lactose.

You can buy Core Power pretty much anywhere now.   They even have a special on Amazon for the month of January for $5.00 off any case of Core Power you purchase on Amazon.   You can find it here:

Core Power also believes in powering the dreams of athletes and those with active lifestyles and is proud to be “The Official Protein Drink of the Sochi 2014 Olympic Winter Games.  That means you will be seeing Core Power a lot more!

Core Power also wants to give one of my readers a Core Power Fit Kit.
